Gilfach Wen Barn, has been converted to provide competitively priced self-catering accommodation for individuals, extended families or groups on a working farm adjacent to Brechfa Forest, but just 25 mins drive from the end of the M4.
Brechfa Forest is the largest man made forest in Europe providing circular walks and world famous mountain bike trails as well as 50 square miles of off road riding for equestrians. This part of Carmarthenshire is also famous for its fishing.
Sleeping upto 31 between 7 bedrooms plus a large kitchen/dining room, lounge and drying room. There is a downstairs bedroom and shower for disabled visitors. The facilities are purpose designed to be walker, cyclist and equestrian friendly as well as proving a relaxing space for those who just want to spend time with family and friends.
Gilfach Wen Barn is a perfect venue for a holiday or weekend away – if you do not want to drive you need never leave the valley. The barn is fully equipped and the village shop is within walking distance.
